Michael Sampson is a brand expert with a career spent leading in large multi-nationals, start-ups and scaling organizations. Currently he is the CEO of Kate Somerville Skincare LLC, an innovator in prestige beauty building a global footprint focusing on channel diversification, product development, digital strategy and consumer engagement. Born in the UK and having lived in Brussels, Belgium, St. Paul, MN, Boston, Philadelphia, New York and now Los Angeles, Michaels movement has been a result of success in numerous functions, categories and channels. Michael started his career and developed with over a decade at L’Oréal holding multiple senior positions. He then led multi brand creation and development as portfolio President at incubator Hatchbeauty LLC, and ran vertical integration as well as new business acquisition thereafter.
Michael serves on the board of a startup tech company in the professional beauty industry called DirectTips LLC focusing on communication and mobile banking. He is also a Business and Strategy Advisor / Mentor for TrendSeeder Corp, an education ecosystem focusing on fashion, beauty, health & wellness innovators

Alejandro Vicente is currently the SVP, Head of Global M&A at Coty Inc. where he also serves as Chairman of Younique since February 2017. Prior to joining Coty in September 2016, he was Global Head of Consumer Goods Industry at JPMorgan where he worked for 17 years including 8 years as Managing Director and where he worked on more than 40 Consumer Goods transactions across M&A, DCM and ECM in EMEA and globally worth $100bn+. He started his career at Procter & Gamble where he worked for 4 years including in the European Headquarters. He speaks fluently English, Spanish and French.

Sarah Brown
Sarah is a Vogue Contributing Editor, award-winning writer, noted beauty authority, brand advisor and strategist. She began her career at ELLE magazine, where she was named a Senior Editor by the age of 23. As Beauty Director of Vogue, she oversaw beauty content for the magazine, collaborated with many of the world’s most talented writers, photographers and stylists, and contributed to philanthropic Vogue initiatives like Seventh on Sale, Fashion’s Night Out, and the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Design Challenge. In 2015, after 15 years at the magazine, she launched Sarah Brown Advisory. Sarah is the recipient of the 2006 Skin Cancer Foundation Skin Sense Award, the 2014 March of Dimes Spirit of Beauty Award, and the 2015 Skin Cancer Foundation Skin Sense Media Award. She received a B.A. from Vassar College, and is a graduate of the Radcliffe Publishing Course.
